In an effort to make a workbook to support the book and the course, yet be able to stand on it’s own, video was integrated into the PDF. The file remained a reasonable 20mb size by compressing the video. A fillable survey with calculated fields, and fillable worksheets made this workbook a complete package, a workbook, journal and reference!
